9G Working visa | Pre Arranged Employment visa in the philippines
The Pre-Arranged Employment Visa, commonly known as the 9G Working Visa, is the primary work visa issued by the Philippine Bureau of Immigration. It grants foreign nationals the privilege to engage in gainful employment within the Philippines, offering multiple entry and exit benefits while employed by a company registered under Philippine laws.
This visa is essential for individuals employed in technical, executive, managerial positions, or roles of high responsibility for durations exceeding six months.

However, the employer must submit a Notice of Promotion to the Bureau of Immigration and file an application for the extension of the existing 9G visa within 30 days of the promotion.
